General Objective:
The project aims to train pre-service teachers who can cope with the complex demands of educating gifted students in inclusive classrooms. The pre-service teachers to be trained under the project will have the opportunity to learn about teaching strategies for gifted students in learning environments where traditional teaching is combined with experiential learning and the use of virtual reality. This combination will create rich learning experiences that can serve as a paradigm for the education of gifted students.

Special Targets
-Development of the training curriculum
- "Classroom management and teaching strategies in inclusive classrooms for gifted and talented children", which will include the production of appropriate virtual reality resources to facilitate experiential learning.
OUTPUTS
Intellectual outputs of the project:
(a) A training curriculum - Curriculum to familiarise prospective teachers with the details of inclusive gifted education. In the implementation of the curriculum, modern teaching strategies will be utilised, with "experiential learning" playing the most important role.
Main components of the educational curriculum:
- Characteristics (advantages and disadvantages) of gifted and talented students
- Inadequacy of gifted students
- Efforts to put gifted and talented education into practice (development of emotional, cognitive and social skills) Types of gifted and talented education and the importance of inclusive education
-Structural management of inclusive gifted education (inclusive practice scenarios for gifted and talented students)
Specific foci of the training curriculum:
- Ensuring diversity and practising inclusion
-Differentiated instruction
-Cultural enrichment
-Enriching the curriculum
-Graded assignments
-Special assessment criteria
(b) VR resources using scenarios where gifted learners face difficulties in the proper functioning in ordinary classrooms and require inclusive education.
The pre-service teachers' knowledge of inclusive gifted education will be assessed before the start and after the closure of the training programme in order to decide on the effectiveness of the programme.
