Experiential Learning Rubric
The Experiential Learning Rubric is a qualitative scale that assesses the extent to which non-formal education programs incorporate Experiential Learning.
Background
In 2019, within the scope of Mustafa Erdoğan's master's thesis, the rubric, which was developed by including the expert opinions of David Kolb and Alice Kolb, was published as a scientific article in the International Journal of Progressive Education by İlke Evin Gencel, Mustafa Erdoğan, David Kolb and Alice Kolb in 2021.

Rurbrik was adapted for formal education in 2022 as part of the EU project Learning by Doing, in which our association is a partner.

Experiential Learning Trainer Qualification Framework
The Experiential Learning Trainer Qualification Framework aims to qualify the performance capacity expected of Experiential Learning Center Trainers.
Background
In 2023, the Dialogue Committee, formed from among the trainers of the Experiential Learning Center, started to produce a new structural system for the association's training of trainers programs. Within this system, the Experiential Learning Trainer Qualification Framework was created.

Experiential Learning Trainer Competency Kit
Experiential Learning Trainer Competency Kit aims to define the knowledge, skills, and attitude indicators that an Experiential Learning Trainer should possess.
Background
In 2023, the Dialogue Committee, formed from among the trainers of the Experiential Learning Center, started to produce a new structural system for the association's train-the-trainer programs. Within the scope of this system, the Experiential Learning Trainer Competency Framework was created. Based on the qualification framework, a competency set for Experiential Learning Trainers was developed.

Experiential Learning Analysis Model
This framework aims to create a model for debriefing sessions where the lived experience is transformed into knowledge by following the Experiential Learning Cycle (game or real life).
Background
Published in 2017, it was prepared as an analysis model within the scope of the book Experiential Pedagogy of the Oppressed.
